Based on your lifestyle and training preferences, I'll create a personalized program just for you every month, ensuring continuous progress and proper exercise execution. You'll also gain access to my custom coaching app, where you can access, track your workouts and more.

Kick-off

We'll begin with a thorough assessment of your current life. We'll discuss your goals, aspirations, and start envisioning your future self. You'll also receive a comprehensive evaluation of your "body profile" related to sports and nutrition to set you up for success.

You'll receive a dedicated nutrition plan tailored to your macros and calorie needs. Most importantly, you'll have access to various resources such as meal guides, recipes book, supplement recommendations, and more to stay on track with your goals and education.

How to know if this is for you

Here are some basics requirements for the program:

• See your health as an investment and have your health as a top priority


• Be ready to change, experiment new life habits and challenge your self-beliefs


• Not expect fast results as changing your body, lifestyle and mindset takes dedication, time and work


• Not finding excuses for your lack of progress but rather take personal responsibility for your actions
