Without ever starting over. I work 1:1 with account executives, sales leaders, founders and senior leaders whose career has never been the problem. Their body and their energy are, and for a lot of them, that has started to cost them at work too. Built around the travel, the quarters and the family, not around a quiet month that never arrives.
You already know what to do. Knowing has never been the problem. Here’s what it actually looks like from the inside.
Different men, different weeks. Same thought, lying awake at 2am:
“How the hell did I get here?”
All of them are disciplined everywhere else, which is the tell. It was never information they were missing. It’s that nothing they tried was built to survive the week they actually have.
You’re switched on all day to perform, and the quarter doesn’t care that Tuesday was meant to be a gym day. I spent over ten years doing exactly this: overachieving quota, making diamond club, and hiding from photos with brain fog and no control over what I ate. We build the whole thing around the pipeline and the travel, so a heavy month costs you a week, never a restart.
“APEX90 is next level and reinterpretation of personal coaching/trainer” – Jonathan, Sales Director
Nobody hands you a structure and nothing moves if you don’t. Which is why your health is the thing that slides: it’s the only thing on your list with no client attached to it. So we give it a deadline and a system, the same way you’d run anything else that mattered to the business.
“What surprised me was Jeremy’s ability to break the challenges of my unique lifestyle into easier, simpler steps, which over time led to more consistent habits. I enjoyed his 360° approach being exercise, food, mindset, emotional regulation.” – Bill, Solopreneur
No quota, same 7pm. You’re switched on all day for everyone else and there’s nothing left by the time you get to yourself. You don’t need more information about training, you’ve had that for years. You need the reason it hasn’t stuck yet, and a way of running it that survives a bad week.
“I still have high motivation after more than 2 months. This is unusual for me, as in the past I’ve never been able to stick to a programme for so long.” – Richard, Country Lead · IT
Twelve-hour days, diamond club, the incentive trips, the whole package. On paper I had it.
Off paper I had brain fog by 2pm, no control over what I ate, and I’d stopped being in photos. I told myself that was the price of doing well.
The turn came at a family pool party, watching a guy who was lean and confident and completely at ease, while I looked for a t-shirt. I’m competitive enough that it stung for months.
Seventy-odd men later, this is what I do full time. And the part that surprised me is that almost none of it is the training. The men I work with already know what a squat is. What they don’t have is a version of it that survives a heavy quarter, a newborn, or three weeks on the road.
You already know what wave one gets you. What you can’t see from here is that the men who finish this barely mention wave one afterwards: they talk about how they show up in the room, how the quarter feels, and what they’ve got left for the people at home.

I feel amazingly fit and athletic, all without feeling like I was on a diet! Even with my hectic work schedule and travel commitments, I’ve reached the level of well-being and performance I’ve always dreamed of.
Thank you Jeremy for the past 6 months with so much happening in my private life. But despite the fact that you kept me on my toes and I achieved more than I ever could have imagined. Despite being 44 years old, I feel better than ever, and new business and private opportunities are emerging. My purpose is sharper than ever and I am really looking forward to next year together 💪🏼
I greatly appreciated Jeremy’s enthusiasm, and aptitude to motivate.
He has deep knowledge to help you perfect all weight and fitness exercise, provided great guidance on nutrition and really adapted the program to my goals.
The initial focus on mental prep and self reflection has really helped anticipate the challenges and helped focus on establishing lasting healthy habits. Thanks to him I successfully ran a Spartan race at the end of the program and feel now extra motivated to prepare for my next ones!
I’m proud to have been Jeremy’s client and the results after the 4 months program speak for itself.
I lost 8.7% of bodyfat, gained significant muscle mass and did all of this sustainably.
In the past I had tried a lot of different programs but non of these stuck for long.
Jeremy has deep knowledge in his space but can explain it in easy and actionable terms.
What I didn’t expect was his support on so many different levels, ie. providing a detailed diet plan, weekly coaching calls, in between random voice message to motivate me, guidance through the ups and downs of this journey, having an ear to listen and celebrating successes...
Jeremy’s holistic approach changed my thinking and my habits. It helped me to become a better man, better father, better husband, a better version of myself. Jeremy is truly an amazing coach.
I worked with Jeremy for six months, and honestly, he’s everything you wish a personal coach could be. Kind, understanding, compassionate, but he also knows how to work with your limitations - mental or physical - to actually help you grow. I’ve struggled my whole life to gain weight and keep it on, mostly because I just don’t have much appetite. Training always felt like a chore to me, not something that could elevate who I am. Jeremy’s system changed all of that. It’s not just about the workouts or the meal plans - it transforms how you relate to yourself and builds a system strong enough to hold up even when things get tough. In six months, I gained 6kg (15lbs). But what matters most is that even after stopping with Jeremy, I’ve kept all those hard-built habits and systems. That’s the real proof his method works. His approach is perfectly designed. He starts by bringing awareness to who you are now and who you want to become, then gives you all the tools you need to get there. Jeremy’s been where you are - he knows how to dislodge those well-anchored habits that keep you trapped in stagnation. Everything is tailored to your goals: meal plan, workouts, mental exercises, all of it. If you’re looking for a coach who will actually transform your relationship with fitness and yourself, Jeremy is your guy.
I’ve found that my favorite part about working with you is that I have a person I can talk about this stuff with. Business, health, lifestyle, and all in between. You question and push me, but never in a negative way. More of a “man, you’re better than this.” There’s a lot of work to do, but I would say my head space has improved tremendously since we’ve connected.
I’d worked with a personal trainer before and he got me results. But as soon as I stopped, I put 10+kg back on. I’d never actually changed the habits that go with it.. So I started with Jeremy at 88kg, working full time plus overtime and finishing an academic paper. Not the moment anyone would pick. But I figured if I could get fit and keep my energy through that phase of my life, I could hold onto it for good. I handed the paper in a day early, 6kg down. And it’s kept getting better since, even after finishing APEX90. I can’t remember the last time I felt this way - thanks Jeremy!

APEX90 is the 90-day core (the sprint where the body work gets done) inside six months of 1:1 coaching, so it holds long after the sprint ends. It all runs remotely, wherever you are and wherever you happen to be that week.
Built around your actual week. What to eat, how to train, what to do on the road. It all sits in your own app (the plan, the demos, your numbers) so you open your phone and today is already decided.
Heaviest at the beginning, easing back as the systems start holding without me. The taper is the design, not a discount: needing me less is the whole point.
Not sure about a movement, standing in front of a menu you didn’t choose, or something’s kicked off at work and you can feel it landing on you. Send it over. You don’t sit on it until the next call.
Foundation, the climb, sustaining the peak. Fitness, nutrition, mindset and performance in order.
Every training, nutrition and mindset lesson in one library that keeps growing, and it stays yours after we finish. Go back to it in three years when life changes shape again.
Audit sheets, meal systems, training plans, habit protocols. Built for busy weeks, not perfect ones.
Family & friends support guide, setback navigation toolkit, and a post-programme maintenance plan.
Enough that you’ll think about it properly. It’s mid four figures for six months of weekly 1:1 coaching, and it can be paid in three or six instalments at no extra cost.
I’m not going to dance around it: it’s a fixed price, it’s the same for everyone, and there’s nothing else to buy afterwards. You’ll get the exact number on the call, along with an honest answer about whether it’s the right thing for you right now. If it isn’t, I’ll say so.
Because the programmes you’ve done were all wave one. They give you a plan, and a plan is the easy part: you can get one free in ten minutes.
What none of them touched is the reason a man who is relentless about everything else cannot make this one thing stick. That’s wave two, and it’s the actual work. Alex finished with me over a year ago and has kept every habit since, on his own. Nobody gets that from a PDF.
A trainer owns the hour you’re in the gym. I’m NASM certified, so the training and nutrition side is properly programmed, and ICF PCC certified, which means the mindset, identity and behaviour side is accredited coaching rather than encouragement between sets. Most people in this industry have one of those two.
And it runs for six months, through the travel, the bad quarters and the weeks it all falls over, because that’s where the result is actually won or lost.
Good - so do most of the men I work with, and it’s the reason the plan is built around travel from day one instead of pausing for it. Hotel room, no equipment, a client dinner three nights running: all of it gets a version.
Erick did the whole thing with a hectic schedule and constant travel. We never waited for a calm month.
One call with me, and training that fits the week you actually have rather than the one you wish you had. Most of the change comes from doing fewer things consistently, not from adding hours you don’t have.
I run intakes in small groups a few times a year, because there’s only one of me and every week of this is 1:1. We’ll agree your start date on the call, and between saying yes and starting, I check in with you rather than leaving you to hold the momentum on your own.
You’ll get a form from me before we speak. It’s not a two-minute one, and that’s deliberate: it means our thirty minutes goes straight to the useful part instead of me asking you things you could have written down in your own time.
Then we talk. That’s the whole process: there’s no application to be approved for and no second round.
We go through where you’re at right now, and what it would actually take to get where you want. I tell you straight what I’d do if I were you. You leave with a plan either way, whether we end up working together or not.
One quick question, then pick your time.
